Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

My order has been on its way for a while – where is it?

How do I change the delivery address?

If I choose 'Fast Delivery', how quickly will I receive my package?

Your order will be given top priority and a special label. This usually results in delivery being up to 5 days faster . Once the package reaches the destination country, the local shipping company takes over and we cannot influence the delivery speed thereafter.


What is your return policy again?

You can return products within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original and resalable condition . Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, and some products such as opened cosmetics or toiletries cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
